Terms of Service for ConceptLM

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ConceptLM ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by MRA Roasty LLC. By accessing or using ConceptLM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
ConceptLM is available to individuals aged 13 and older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Content Ownership
- User Content: You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to ConceptLM.
- ConceptLM Content: ConceptLM retains ownership of all content created by or within the application that is not user-uploaded.
By using our services, you grant ConceptLM a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing the services.
4. Service Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or downtime.
5. Payment Terms
ConceptLM offers free and paid subscription plans. All subscription fees are non-refundable due to costs incurred by ConceptLM. If you have concerns about your subscription, please contact us at hello@conceptlm.com.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use ConceptLM for any of the following:
- Uploading explicit or inappropriate content as deemed by ConceptLM.
- Reverse engineering ConceptLM or any part of its functionality.
- Facilitating illegal activities.
- Infringing on copyrighted material.
- Scraping or extracting data from ConceptLM.
ConceptLM reserves the right to terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities or any other actions deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
7. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity deemed inappropriate, even if not explicitly listed here, at our sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConceptLM and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in Oregon. By using ConceptLM, you waive your right to a trial by jury or participation in a class action.
